Performance by Design is an organization development company with clients representing several industries: power utilities, exhibition trade, manufacturing, textile, sales/distribution, and aviation.  Specific activities include organization diagnoses (assessment), individual, team, and intergroup development, as well as special projects.  International work has included travel to the UK, Hungary, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Mexico, Italy, and El Salvador.
